danas pokazujem poslednji catrice lak koji mi je ostao neobjavljen iz kolekcije, stari lepotan po imenu in the bronx.

today i am showing the last catrice polish that was left unpublished from my stash, an oldie called in the bronx.

napisala sam gomilu sastava o tome kako ne podnosim novu catrice četkicu, zbog koje sam počela da izbegavam taj bren. bili su moj omiljeni dragstor brend i sa njima je nekako i počelo moje lakoholičarsko ludilo, tako da mi je pomalo žao da više nemam ni jedan catrice lak.

da se vratimo na današnju zvezdu, in the bronx je jedan od starih lepotana. u pitanju je prelepa zagorelo-zlatna/skoro bronzana melatik nijansa u kojoj sam zaista uživala.

i wrote so many essays about how i hate the new catrice brush, which kind of made me avoid the brand altogether. they were my favourite drugstore brand and marked the beginnings of my nail polish insanity so i am kind of sad that there are no more catrices left in my stash.

to go back to this polish, in the bronx is one of the oldie-goodies, an awesome burnt gold-almost bronze metallic shade that i really enjoyed.

my choice for today's post is catrice's keep pool.

mislim da je prošlo više od pola godine od kad sam potrošila ovaj lak, ali mi je trebala večnost da izaberem slike. nekad je ispadao previše metalik, nekad nedovoljno. u svakom slučaju, keep pool je prelepa, hladna metalik plava. jedna od onih nijansi kojih mi nikad nije dosta.

više puta sam se žalila na ovu verziju catrice četkice koja se može nazvati katastrofalnom. ne znam da li su promenili nešto u novim kolekcijama, ali nekako ne želim ni da probam. čini mi se nepotrebnim da pričam o formuli (koja je prilično ok) kad je četkica skoro pa neupotrebljiva.

i think it has been more than half a year since finished this polish, but it took me forever to choose the photos. sometimes it appear to metalic, sometimes not enough. nevertheless, it is a really gorgeous shade of cool, metalic blue. it is one of those shades i can never get enough of.

i complained more than once, but this iteration of catrice brush is a monstrosity. i am not sure if they changed something in newer collection, but i somehow don't even want to try. for me, it is pointless to talk about formula (that was pretty nice) when the brush is barely workable.

danas je dobar dan za još jedan stari lak, i izbor je pao na catrice heavy metallilac.

it's a good day for another oldie, and my choice is catrice heavy metallilac.

rekla bih da ne znam za lak koji je tačije nazvan. zaista je lila i metalik :) šalu na stranu, ovo je prelepa, živahna ljubičasta sa metalik finišom.

formula je solidna, suši se bez visokog sjaja ali ništa što sloj nadlaka neće rešiti. nije ga lako uslikati, što je i razlog zašto mi je trebalo ovoliko vremena da ga predstavim.

prirodna svetlost:

i don't think that there was  more correctly named polish. it really is lilac and metalic :) jokes aside, it is a nice, vibrant purple with a metallic finish.

formula is solid, it dries a bit dull but nothing that a top coat can't fix. it's hard to capture, which is why i haven't presented it before.

vreme je za još jednog starojka, i to je catrice browno mars iz njihove osnovne kolekcije iz 2012te.

it's time for another oldie, and it's catrice browno mars from what was their core collection back in 2012.

ovo mi je jedan od omiljenijih catrice lakova. bazna boja je svetla, bronzikastaa braon, sa fantastičnim šimerom koji ga čini baš zanimljivim. iako su braon lakovi uglavnom asocijacija za jesen i zimu, ovaj lak je savršen i za sunčane dane baš šimera.

formula i četkica u ovoj catrice seriji su bili vrhunski, šteta što su morali sve da zakomplikuju.

prirodna svetlost:

i really like this shade. it is a light, bronzey brown with an awesome shimmer that makes it really interestingly looking. even though brown is mostly associated with autumn and winter, because of this shimmer it's great for the warmer days as well.

formula and brush in catrice polishes from this range is top notch, i wish they kept it as simple  as this.

moj današnji izbor je  catrice get the blues iz ultimate nail lacquer kolekcije.

my pick for today is catrice get the blues from their ultimate nail lacquer line.

mrzim kad se dobar brend potpuno pokvari. catrice mi je do pre par godina bio omiljeni drogerijski brend, a sada više ni ne gledam koje lakove izbacuju zbog nezgodne četkice i ne uvek najsrećnije formule.

get the blues je interesantan lak. imam slabu tačku za duohrom lakove, a ovaj je baš zanimljiv. dominantna nijansa je negde između prašnjavo sive i plave, koja se preliva u više petrolej ili plavu pod ekstremnijim uglovima i svetlom. kada prođete kroz ne baš lagano mazanje, utisak je dobar.

formula je prilično prozirna, i posle tri sloja sam viđala tzv. "ćelava" mesta.

i hate when a good nail polish brand manages to downgrade. that's the case with catrice for me, they used to be my favourite drugstore brand, but now i don't even pay attention to their line because of the horrible brush and not always good formula.

get the blues is overall a cool polish. i am a sucker for duochromes, and this one is really interesting. the main colour is a mix between a dusty grey and blue, becoming tealish or more blue in extreme angles. once you manage to get it on the nails, it looks really pretty.

it is quite sheer, though. even with three coats, you can find a bald patch.

krajnje je vreme da pokažem same seine but different iz stare catrice ultimate nudes kolekcije.

long overdue, the time has come for same seine but different from catrice's old ultimate nudes collection.

u poslednje vreme imam opsesiju nude lakovima. to objašnjava zašto je same seine but different, koji je bio nošen jednom ili dva puta u oko dve godine, bio na mojim noktima bar četiri puta u poslednjih par meseci.

nije jednostavno naći nude lak koji odgovara koži, ali volim da verujem da mi ovaj dobro leži. u pitanju je bež nude nijansa, sa mrvicom šimera koji je gotovo nevidljiv i po meni ima ulogu da učini nanošenje lakšim. svakako radi posao, jer ne mam na šta da se požalim, a bonus je i šo ima staru dobru catrice četkicu.

prirodna svetlost:

i have a nude obsession lately. i guess that this explains how same seine but different came from being worn maybe once, max twice in two years, to being on my nails at least four times in the last two months or so.

it is not an easy task to find a nude that fits the skintone nicely but  i like to believe that i can pull this one off. it is a beige leaning nude, with a practically invisible shimmer that is here probably to make the apllication nicer. it definitely does that job, since i have nothing to complain. it also has the good old catrice brush!

nastavljam sa starim svočevima koji su čekali svoj momenat da ugledaju svetlost dana, i danas je red došao za catrice oldtajmera, i wear my sunglasses at night.

i am continuing with the old swatches that have been waiting for their time, and today i'm showing a catrice oldie, i wear my sunglasses at night.

ovaj lak je jedan od prvenaca mog lakoholizma, i uz to i moje prvo razočarenje. samo gledajući bočicu, neiskusna kakva sam bila, očekivala sam da bude više poput deborah shine tech 18 (kog zaista moram ponovo da  uslikam). vremenom sam naučila da ga volim zbog onoga što jeste, a to je crni lak sa puno raznobojnih ljuspica.


moj najveći problem sa ovim lakom je da mu se formula vrlo brzo pogoršala. napravila sam grešku da ga nisam odmah slikala, jer je postao istovremeno gust i tečan, i sušio se bez sjaja. slike nisu tako dobre, ali pošto je davno potrošen, a nekako nikad nisam uspela da napravim bolje, šta je tu je.

i got this one in my nail polish beginnings, and i remember it being my first letdown. from the look from the bottle, unexperienced as is was back then, i expected it to be more like deborah shine tech 18 (that i seriously need to reswatch soon). with time, i learned to appreciate it for what it is, a black polish full with multicolored glass flecks.

my biggest problem with this polish though, is that the formula became funny really quickly. i made a mistake of not swatching it properly immediately. it became at the same time too thick and runny and drying to a dull finish. the swatches are not that good, but since this polish is long gone and i never managed to make them better, this will have to do.

vreme je za jednog od najstarijih lakova u mojoj kolekciji, catrice blues brother vol II,

it's time for one of the oldies in my collection, catrice's blues brother vol 2.

imam osećaj da posedujem ovaj lak čitavu večnost, pa mi je čudno da ga pokazujem posle toliko vremena.

on zaista jeste jedan od mojih prvih lakova od pre par godina kad sam otkrila boje, i mislim da sa dubokim, ponoćno plavim lakovima bogatih šimerom ne može da se pogreši. znam da nije najjedinstveniji lak na svetu, ali je definitivno moj prvi ovog tipa.

iako je star, očigledno je da je došao iz, kako jga ja zovem, zlatnog catrice perioda kada se nije moglo ni na šta požaliti.

i have a feeling that own this polish forever now, and it's strange that it's getting it's place in the spotlight so late.

i really is one of my first polishes, a few years back when i discovered colours. and i guess you can't go wrong with the deep,  midnight blue with gorgeous shimmer. i know it's not the most unique polish out there,  but it was definitely my first of this kind.

even though it's old, it is still obvious that it comes from what i call catrice's golden age, so everything is good.

na poslednjem putovanju, slučajno sam naletela na catrice štand, i to me je baš usrećilo. naravno da je mermaid my day uspeo da mi se ušunja u korpu.

on my last travel, i unexpectedly came across catrice stand, which made me really happy. of course that mermaid my day found its way into my shopping bag.

pošto se moja catrice gomilica prilično smanjuje (trenutno u fioci imam šest bočica koje čekaju poslednje mazanje), iskoristila sam priliku da osvežim kolekciju.

kada lak ima reč "sirena" u imenu, ne moram ni da ga pogledam, odmah znam da ga želim, pa ni ovaj lak nije izuzetak. u pitanju je metalik petrolej lak sa gustim srebrnim šimerom. naravno, kao i svaki metalik, tragovi četkice su vidljivi, ali mi to ne smeta jer je lak baš po mom ukusu.

zaboravila sam da slikam četkicu, koja izgleda potpuno čudno ali je, bar meni, bolja od prethodne. pošto imam još dva noviteta, prikazaću je sledeći put.

with my catrice stash getting smaller and smaller (i actually have six bottles in the drawer waiting for their last hurrah), it felt really good to refresh my collection.

when a polish has "mermaid" in its name, i know without looking at it that i want it. this one wasn't an exception. it's a teal, metallic polish with dense silver shimmer. like most of metallics, it is brushstrokey, but i really don't mind it. it really is my type of polish.

i forgot to take a photo of the brush, which looks really strange, but is actually better than the previous version. since i have two more catrices, i will photograph it for the next post.

svetsko prvenstvo je počelo, tako da nemam ni trunku slobodnog vremena. čak i lak za nokte menjam na tri dana. ipak, sad sam ulovila malo vremena pa prikazujem catrice dirty berry.

the world cup started, so my free time is completely taken. i am changing polishes every three days, that's how busy i am. today i managed to get some time to show off catrice dirty berry.

dirty berry je nekada bio deo osnovne catrice kolekcije, i i dalje mi je među favoritima. nijansa je prašnjava, prigušena ljubičasta, s dosta plavog podtona i vrlo suptilnim rasejanim holo šimerom. iako holo efekat nije izražen, ipak ovaj lak čini posebnim i elegantnim.

prirodna svetlost:

dirty berry was part of their core collection back in the days, and it's still among my favourites. it is a dusty, muted purple with a lot of blue, and with a really subtle scattered holo shimmer. even though the holo effect is not in your face, it makes it really special and elegant.

baš je čudno da do sad nisam pisala o ovom laku, jer je jedan od najlepših plavih krema koje sam posedovala. potrošila sam ga pre nekoliko meseci, i time se završila era mog savršenog dua, run forest run i pool party, kao mojih prvih pravih zelenih i plavih lakova.

pool party ima skoro kraljevsko plavu nijansu, uz malo ljubičastog podtona. pripadao je poslednjoj odličnoj catrice liniji kada su i četkica i formula bile savršene. sad sam stvarno nostalgična za ovim lakom, bio je moja definicija plave!

prirodna svetlost:

it is so strange that i never wrote about this polish, since it is one of the most gorgeous blue cremes i ever owned. i emptied the bottle a couple of months ago, and in that way finished the era of my perfect duo, run forest run and pool party, as my first real green and blue polishes.

the shade of this one is a royal blue with a hint of purple. it belonged to that amazing catrice range when the brush and formula were perfection. oh, i really feel nostalgic about this polish, it was my definition of blue.

ovu godinu počinjem sa prelepim catrice lakom, genius in the bottle.

i'm starting this year with the beautiful catrice, genius in the bottle!

neću da kukam o tome koliko dugo mi je trebalo da objavim novi post. dosta radim, a i život u novoj, skoro egzotičnoj zemlji znači da barem virtualni život mora da ispašta, ali probaću da se bolje organizujem.

da se vratim na lak. ovaj lepotan je jedan od prvih, ako ne i najboljih duplikata za chanel peridot. veliki sam obožavalac duohrom završnice, pogotovo ako su boje u pitanju zlatna ka maslinastoj. ovo je poslednja catrice serija sa četkicom koju volim, tako da, plus i za to.

imam par slika na direktnom suncu, ali nisam preterano zadovoljna jer mi prsti izgledaju crvenkasto, dok "lightbox" slike pokazuju samo maslinasti deo spektra.

i'm not going to whine about how long it took me to write a new post. i am super busy at work, and living in a new, bit exotic country means that i have little time for my virtual life, but i'll try to organize better.

on to the polish. this baby is one of the first, if not the best, dupes for chanel peridot. i am big fan of duochromes, especially if the shades in question are olive green and gold. this was one of the last catrice polishes with a good brush, so it gets a plus there.

i have a couple of direct sunlight pictures, that i'm not too happy with since my fingers look a bit red, and my "lightbox" pictures show only the olive part of the specter.

danas, neočekivano, predstavljam jedan povučen catrice lak, marylin & me.

today, unexpectedly, i'm showing one of the catrice oldies, marylin & me.

desilo se sledeće - namazala sam ovaj lak u nedelju posle posla, nosila ga u ponedeljak, bila potpuno nezadovoljna slikama, izbrisala ih, skinula lak u juče po poslu, standardno namazala nokte lemony flutter-om i pustila da ga upiju. krenula sam da vratim očišćenu bočicu u kutiju, i po prvi put u životu, bočica mi je ispala. pošto ovi postdok stanovi nemaju tepihe, bočica se razbila u milion delova i crveno se slivalo svuda. čišćenje je potrajalo, ali sam rešila da ono malo laka što je preostalo iskoristim da ga opet namažem za poslednju priliku da ga uslikam.

iskreno rečeno, lak je već bio u donjoj trećini bočice. kupila sam ga pre nekoliko godina kad je bila nestašica china glaze ruby pumps, i rešila da rp ne kupujem dok ovog ne potrošim. zbog toga sam ga relativno često mazala.

po meni, ovaj lak je potpuno novogodišnje-božićni. pošto je formula jelly (prava crvena sa šimerom i šljokicama), uvek sam nosila tri sloja, pa nije ni čudo što se brzo trošio. sad kad je ostatak u korpi za smeće, čini mi se da mi je bio draži nego što sam mislila. ako ništa drugo, sad mogu da kupim ruby pumps :)

the thing is, i applied this polish on sunday after work, wore it on monday, was completely unhappy with photos, deleted them, removed it yesterday after work, regularly applied lemony flutter and let it soak. i cleaned the bottle, went to put it back in the box, and for the first time in my life, dropped it. since these postdoc apartments are carpetless, the bottle broke into million pieces, red spilling everywhere. it took me a while to clean up, and decided to use the little polish that remained to re-apply it for it's last possibility of being photographed.

to be honest, the polish was in the last third of the bottle. i bought this one a few years back, since there was shortage on china glaze ruby pumps, and than decided that i couldn't buy rp until i finish this one, so i would wear it every once in a while.

there is something christmasy in this red jelly with shimmer and glitter. since it is a jelly, i always wore three coats, so it's no wonder i used up so much. now that the remainder is in the trash can, i feel like i liked it more than i knew. oh, well, it seems it's time to buy that china glaze :)

pošto će u narednim mesecima biti dosta catrice postova (od 24 laka koje sam ponela sa sobom, 8 su catrice), rešila sam da počnem sa hip queens wear blue jeans, kog sam slikala pre odlaska.

since there will be a lot catrice posts in the upcoming months (out of 24 polishes that i brought with me, 8 are catrice), i decided to start with pics of hip queens wear blue jeans that i took a while ago.

ovaj lak više nije u mojoj kolekciji, poklonila sam ga sestri od md. baš sam imala čudan odnos sa njim, ne znam da li ste ikad imali takvu situaciju sa nekim lakom: mislila sam da će biti drugačiji. čak sad, dok gledam slike, vidim da je lepotan, ali u mojoj glavi je on trebao da bude kao tamnija verzija no snow petrol, i pošto nije, razočarao me.

ipak, priznajem da je lep. obično volim ove zagastite, tamne džins nijanse, ali sam se nadala da će svetliji plavi šimer biti upečatljiviji, a ne da se tek nazire. ovo je stari catrice lak, tako da su formula, četkica i aplikacija u redu.

i don't have this polish anymore, i gave it to my bf's sister. i had a weird relationship with it, i don't know if you ever had a similar experience with a polish: i thought it would be different. even now, while i'm looking at the photos, i see that it is a beauty, but in my head, it should've been like a denim version of no snow petrol, and since it wasn't, i was disappointed.

it is pretty, though. i usually love these dark smokey denim shades, but i hoped that the light blue shimmer would be more pronounced, since it is barely visible.  it is an old catrice, so formula, brush and application were ok.

konačno predstavljam jedan od mojih omiljenih lakova, catrice run forest run!

uvek kačim zvanične slike bočica, ali za ovaj nisam uspela da nađem. problem je što su ljudi u catrice promenili prvu, staru verziju verziju forest-a a zadržali ime, kao što možete videti na slici koju sam pozajmila sa parokeets bloga, pa promo slike nove bočice ne mogu da se nađu.

 i always post the official picture of the bottle, but i couldn't find one. the thing is, people at catrice changed the first and old version of forest but left the name, as you can see from the pic i borrowed from parokeets blog. so, now i can only find promo bottle pics from the old version.

ovaj lak, zajedno sa pool party at night, su bili moji prvi catrice lakovi i ostali su na mojoj listi omiljenih. mislim da nije teško shvatiti zašto volim forest: ovo je prelepa, svetla "trava" zelena krema sa odličom formulom. šteta da su ga povukli.


stvarno sam morala da jako mućkam bočicu da bih prikrila koliko je prazna, a planiram da potrošim svaku kap u njoj. baš sam slaba na ovaj lak, možda i zbog toga što sam baš dugo tražila zeleni lak da je izgledalo kao ostvarenje sna kad sam ga pronašla. u stara vremena, kad me lakovi nisu zanimali, mislila sam da lakovi poput ovog ne postoje, da je svet ispunjen samo crvenim i roze bojama a toliko sam želela zeleni lak :)

actually, this polish, together with pool party at night, were my first catrice polishes, and remain among my favorites. and i don't think i really need to explain why i love this one: this is the perfect, light "grass" green creme, with amazing formula. too bad it's discontinued.

i really had to shake this bottle to cover up how empty it is, but i intend to use every single drop of it. i have such a soft spot in my heart for this polish, maybe because i spent so much time finding a green polish that it seemed like a dream come true when i saw this one. back in the days, when i wasn't that into polishes, i actually thought that shades like forest didn't exist, that the world was filled with only reds ad pinks and i badly wanted a green one!

catrice - king of greens

mislim da ovde ime sve govori, ovaj catrice lak zaslužuje da nosi ime king of greens.

yup, the name says it all, this catrice polish rightfully has the name king of greens.

ljudi iz catrice su u stara, dobra vremena stvarno znali da naprave savršene zelene lakove.king of greens, run forest run i san francisco su i dalje među mojim najnošenijim nijansama.

king of greens je srednje zelena nijansa sa gustim zelenim šimerom. mislim da se on može svideti i devojkama koje ne nose često zelembaće. formula i četkica su odlični, pošto on spada u starije lakove iz vremena pre nego što su u catrice zeznuli stvar. iako je živ i zelen, ne asociram ga samo za proleće i leto već ga nosim tokom cele godine.

people at catrice, at least back in the days, really knew how to make a perfect green polish. king of greens, run forest run and san francisco are still amongst my most frequently worn polishes.

king of green is a medium green shade with dense green shimmer. i think that this polish can be appealing even to those who don't often wear greens. the formula and brush are great, since this is an oldie, before they managed to screw everything up. even though its vibrant and green, i don't wear it only in spring or summer but throughout the whole year.

natural light, cloudy:

catrice - birdy reloaded 700

volim da nosim žute lakove leti, a catrice birdy reloaded je prvi žutać kog sam ikad kupila!.

i love wearing yellow polishes in the summer, and catrice birdy reloaded is the first yellow polish i ever bought!

za birdie reloaded se priča da je dupe za chanel mimosa, ali nikad nisam videla poređenje, a nemam mimosu da to i potvrdim.

ovo je svetlija nijansa žute, ne poput žumanceta, sa suptilnim žutim šimerom koji čini formulu podnošljivom za mazanje, za razliku od većine žutaća. na granici je da bude pastelni, i na mojim slikama je više takav nego što je uživo. šimer je toliko suptilan da iz daleka, i u senci, izgleda kao krema.

pretpostavljam da sam konačno shvatila da je došlo leto, tako da ću verovatno nositi žute lakove ćešće.

birdy reloaded is rumoured to be u dupe for chanel mimosa, but i never saw the comparisons and i don't have mimosa to confirm it.

it is a lighter shade of yellow, not really yolk-y, with subtle yellow shimmer that makes the formula rather ok to handle, unlike many other yellows. it is on the edge of being pastel, and my photos make it look more so than it is in real life.  the shimmer is so subtle that from a far, and in shade, it looks like a creme.

i guess this means that i finally acknowledged the summer, and will probably wear more yellow on my nails.

catrice - san francisco (big city life collection)

san francisco je izašao kao deo druge big city life kolekcije od catrice. iako sam ga uzela još u novembru, zima me je sprečila da tad napravim pristojne slike.

san francisco came out as a part of the second catrice's big city life collection back in november, but the winter didn't allow me to make decent photos.

obožavam ovaj lak! svi već znamo koliko volim zelembaće, a ovaj još naginje ka petrolej nijansi sa suptilnim srebrnim šimerom koji nekako daje efekat unutrašnjeg sjaja.

za divno čudo, iako je ova kolekcija izašla u periodu kada je catrice počeo da kvari svoju savršenu četkicu i formulu, ovaj lak je primer njihove odličnosti zbog koje sam catrice drugo vremena smatrala omiljenim drugstore brendom.

i just adore this shade. we all know i'm crazy for greens, and this beauty is even leaning towards teal, with the subtle silver shimmer that somehow lights it up from within.


surprisingly, even though this polish appeared around that time when at catrice they started to worsen the brush and formula, this one is the example of all the reasons why i considered catrice to be my favourite drugstore brand for a long time .

lak koji predstavljam danas, on the bright side of life iz catrice kolekcije  neonaturals, definitivno ne ide na moju listu omiljenih.

the polish i'm presenting today,  on the bright side of life from catrice's neonaturals limited edition, is definitely not going to my favourite list .

moram da priznam da, iako mi je catrice omiljeni drugstore lak, njihove specijalne kolekcije me skoro nikad ne oduševe. iz nekog razloga, kad sam ugledala on the bright side of life na skoro rasprodatom stalku, shvatila sam to kao znak, jer sam tada još uvek bila u potrazi za omiljenim ljubičastim lakom.

možda je razlog zašto me je ovaj lak razočarao taj što sam previše očekivala. ovo je patlidžan ljubičasta krema koja vuče ka žele završnici, tzv. crelly.  baš sam se namučila da ga lepo namažem, ali pokušavam da se ubedim da se prosto ne slaže sa mojom bazom, jer drugi sloj sasvim lepo ide preko prvog. ipak, iz nekog razloga me ovaj lak izluđuje. već sam mu dala dve šanse, i iako nisam preterano zadovoljna slikama jer je dan bio očajan, kačim ih jer ne planiram da ga nosim i treći put.


da napomenem da povlačenje s vrhova nije krivica laka. ceo radni dan sam provela u pokušajima da popravim neku mašinu, i odvrtala šrafove malo šrafcigerom, malo noktima :D

prirodna svetlost:

i have to admit, even though catrice is my favourite drugstore brand, their limited editions somehow never amaze me. for some reason, when i saw on the bright side of life on the almost sold out rack, i saw it as a sign, since at that time i was still on my perfect purple quest.


maybe that's why this polish disappointed me, i expected too much. the color is eggplant purple, with formula being creme leaning on jelly. it was a disaster to apply,  which i thought that was the polish's fault, but now i'm leaning to the idea that it simply doesn't agree with my base, since the second coat goes quite nicely over the second. but, for some reason, i don't like this polish, and i gave it two chances and even though i'm not too happy with the pictures because the day was depressing, i don't plan to wear it for the third time.

the tip wear is not the polishes fault, though, i spent the entire work day trying to fix a machine and doing the screwing both with screwdriver and the nails :D

rusty but sexy je, kao što mu ime kaže, rđkasti narandžasti lak metalik završnice (negde sam pročitala da bi tačniji opis boje bio "zagorela narandžasta"). ima zlatkasti svetlucavi šimer kada je direktno ispod izvora svetlosti.

spada u onu grupu "skoro jednoslojaca". dok se maže, ostaju blago vidljivi potezi četkice, ali ima formulu zbog koje se samoizjednačuje, tako da je sve kako treba posle par sekundi.

prirodna svetlost:

rusty but sexy is a rusty orange (i read somewhere that the more accurate description would be "burnt orange") metallic polish. it has golden sparkles when it's under direct light.

it is in the group of those "almost one-coaters" and it tends to leave visible brushstrokes while applying it, but the formula is self-leveling so it's all nice and even after a few seconds.
