picture polish glitch (opulence)

glitch came as an update to picture polish opulence shades in 2015.

it is a kind of christmas-y emerald green jelly, with holo flakies that picture polish is known for. it is slightly lighter in colour than in my pictures, but not by much.

it dries smoothly and has good coverage, despite the jellyness. 

ysl peace green (boho stone)

peace green is this heaven of a polish from last year's ysl boho stone collection.

i am crazy for polishes with iridescent shimmer. they catch my eye from a mile away, doesn't matter which shade. i don't know what is it about them that i find so mesmerizing, but i do. and peace green isn't just iridescent, it is, indeed, green.

well, to be more accurate, it is a light, aqua-type green, and the shimmer appears pink around the edges under appropriate light. for me it is a must-have must-have. formula is a bit on the thin side, but easy to work with.

picture polish lime light (neon shades)

i am not so much into neons, but i have a soft spot for greens, so i had to take picture polish lime light from their revamped neon shades collection.

lime lite originally appeared in 2013, but got a rebirth in 2016. and i am happy for that! it is an awesome, bright green. formula is very decent for this type of polish, the first coat is a bit sheer but it builds up nicely. there are no bold spots or visible brushstrokes. 

it is such a great summer/beach polish and i got it just in time, before the summer ends!

picture polish mossy (collaboration shade)

picture polish mossy is one of the newer collaboration shades, this one with russian instagram blogger  @sasshhaaaa.

mossy is definitely my type of shade: a deep (mossy :)) green crelly, with very dense gold holographic flecks. it is such a stunner, so excuse the overwhelming amount of photos, it's just that it looks awesome both in direct sunlight and in shade.

formula is flawless, so definitely thumbs up from me.

ysl fur green (scandal)

i am finally showing one more recent ysl polish, fur green from this autumn's scandal collection. the other polish from this collection is vintage plum.

fur green is a truly gorgeous shade of green. one of these forest, muted green shades. although it's moodiness really is perfect for autumn, i can see myself wearing all the time because it works perfectly well with my wardrobe.

formula of these creme is amazing, as usual, and matched with (for me) perfect ysl brush, there is nothing to complain about.

opi live and let die (skyfall)

skyfall je verovatno još uvek moja omiljena opi kolekcija, i jedan od njenih lepotana je live and let die.

skyfall might still be my favourite opi collection, and one of awesome polishes released there is live and let die.

live and let die je zacrnjena zelena nijansa sa zelenim i zlatnim mikroljuspicama. šimer nije previše gust, taman koliko treba.

formula je takođe odlična, skoro je jednoslojac. kod mene nikad dosta ovakvih nijansi i nadam se da su svi ulovili svoj primerak jer ovaj lak mi je jedan od najlepših ove vrste.

prirodna svetlost:

live and let die is a blackened green shade filled with green and gold tiny glass flecks. this shimmer is not too dense, just the right amount.

the formula is awesome as well, it's almost a one-coater. i can't get enough of these shades and i really hope everyone got their bottle of this polish, because it is one of the prettiest shades of this kind.

china glaze four leaf clover (up and away)

prošlo je dosta vremena od kad sam imala china glaze na blogu, pa sam se odlučila za four leaf clover iz stare up and away kolekcije iz 2010.

it's been a while since i had china glaze on the blog, so i am going with four leaf clover from an ancient up and away collection from 2010.

four leaf clover je lak kog bi svaka ljubiteljka zelenih lakova morala da ima. ali je i jedna od najtežih lakova za slikanje, ili je previše travnat (što nije baš tačno) ili više petrojel nego što bi trebalo da bude. u svakom slučaju je živahna srednje zelena.

formula je pristojna i posle ovoliko godina. ipak, ovaj lak je jedini u mojoj kolekciji koji dosta menja nijansu nakon što se doda nadlak. moje slike su sa nadlakom, bez kog je lak više petrolej, ali mi je teško da se nateram da ne namažem nadlak!

prirodna svetlost:

four leaf clover is a definite must have for green lovers. it is one of the hardest shades to capture: it either turns out like  a forest green (which it is not quite accurate) or more teal than it should. nevertheless, it is a vibrant, awesome medium green.

formula is decent even after all these years. there is one strange thing though: it changes the shade a bit after you put the top coat on. the only one i ever experienced this with. this is with the tc, without it, it's more teal. i just can't make myself wear a polish without my tc!

franken polish: pattern by shine eye

danas sam raspoložena da pokažem još jedan od mojih franken lakova, a ovaj sam nazvala pattern.

i felt like showing off another one of my franken polishes, and this one is named pattern.

pattern je nekako najbolji pokazatelj činjenice da je većina lakova koje sam potrošila zelena i plava. ovo je zelena koja dosta naginje ka petroleju, sa ljuspičastim srebrnim šimerom.

da sam videla ovakav lak u prodaji, sigurno bih ga uzela, definitivno je moj tip boje. nazvala sam ga po jednoj od mojih omiljenih pesama sa poslednjeg albuma the last shadow puppets.

prirodna svetlost:

pattern actually shows that the majority of the polishes i used up are all sorts of greens and blues. it is a teal-leaning green, with some flaky type of silver shimmer.

if i saw this polish in a store, i would definitely get it. it really is my type of shade. i named it after of of my favourite songs from the last shadow puppets' last album.

opi you are so outta lime (neon)

u opi-ju su 2014te izbacili neon kolekciju, i moj jedini izbor je bio you are so outta lime.

in 2014 opi launched a neon collection, and i purchased only you are so outta lime.

dugo sam želela zeleni neon lak, i you are so outta lime je izgledao kao savršen izbot.

u pitanju je srednje zelena, istovremeno nekako i jarka i zamućena. formula je na početku bila nekako neujednačena ali se na kraju sve sredilo. rešila sam da ga nosim bez belog laka ispod i nemam zamerki na izgled.

oblačan dan:

i wanted someting green and neon-y for a while, and you are so outta lime looked like exactly what i needed.

it is a medium green, somehow bright and muted at the same time. formula was a bit streaky to start with, but it evened out nicely. i decided to wear it with out a white polish beneath, and i have no regrets.

overcast:

dance legend chumash (malibu)

osećam kao da je vreme za neki veseli lak, tako da pokazujem dance legend chumash iz njihove malibu kolekcije.

i felt like it's time for something cheerful, so i'm showing you dance legend chumash from their malibu collection.

chumas je vrlo veseo lak. srednje zelena nijansa, ispunjena interesantnim šljokicama: roze i žutim kvadratnim, ponekim velikim belim romboidastim i malim belim šljokicama.

formula je solidna za ovaj tip laka, ali je nadlak definitivno neophodan, i zbog sjajnog finiša i da izjednači površinu. sve u svemu, vrlo zanimljiv i šašav lak.

prirodna svetlost:

chumash is such a fun polish. a medium green, filled with such interesting glitter: pink and yellow square glitter, occasional large white diamond, and small white.

formula is decent for such a polish, but it definitely needs a top coat, both for the glossier finish and to even things out. overall, it is an interesting and a bit crazy polish.

dance legend wood goblin (anna gorelova winter)

posle perioda putovanja, vraćam se uz pomoć ovog lepotana, wood goblin iz anna gorelova zimske kolaboracije sa dance legend.

after some travelling, i am back and decided to start with this beauty, wood goblin from anna gorelova's winter collaboration with dance legend.

wood goblin je vrlo interesantan lak. duboko zeleni duohrom, koji se preliva u tamno ljubičastu. na žalost, iako je ovaj preliv vrlo jasan u senci, moj aparat prosto nije hteo da ga uhvati. ipak, efekat donekle može da se vidi u flašici.

suši se nekako satenasto, što mi se svidelo pa nisam koristila nadlak.

prirodna svetlost:

wood goblin is really stunning. it's a deep green duochrome, shifting to deep purple. unfortunately, even though the shift is very visible in the shade, my camera just couldn't capture it, but you can at least get a glimpse of it in the bottle.

it dries in kind of a satiny finish, which i find to be gorgeous so i didn't use a top coat..

dance legend inhale (wow prism)

wow prism je jedna od mojih omiljenih kolekcija ikad  (i to ne samo od dance legend), a inhale jedan od miljenika među miljenicima.

wow prism is one of my most favourite collection ever (not just from dance legend), and inhale is definitely one of the favourites among the favourites.

inhale je tako savršen lak, ali mi je jasno da nije baš za svakoga, jer većina nelakoholičarki nije baš otvorena da nosi svetlo zeleni holo. ipak, ako ste spremni za takav skok, definitivno je vredan!

inhale je potpuno osvežavajući lak, sa fenomenalnim (wow?) holo efektom.

prirodna svetlost:

inhale is such an awesome polish, but i agree that it can be a bit of an acquired taste. not everyone is willing to wear a bright green holo, but if you are willing to take the plunge, it is definitely worth it.

inhale is such a breath of fresh air, such a pretty green with an awesome (wow?) holographic finish.

dance legend frog princess (anna gorelova)

imam gomilu neobjavljenih dance legend postova, tako da počinjem sa frog princess iz njihove prve kolekcije sa anom gorelovom.

i have an overload of unpublished dance legend swatches, so i'm starting with frog princess (Царевна Лягушка) from the first anna gorelova collection.

jasno mi je zašto je ovaj lak povezan sa princezom žaba (žabljom princezom?). u pitanju je močvarno zelena jelly baza s raznovrsnim holo šljokicama i sitnim zlatnim.

odlučila sam se za dva deblja sloja za potpunu pokrivenost.  suši se sa teksturom ali sam odlučila da ne stavljam nadlak jer imam osećaj da bi ga ionako pojeo a opet ne bi imao visoki sjaj. a iskreno, meni se ovakvi lakovi više sviđaju bez nadlaka.

i really see how this polish can be associated with the frog princess: it is a swamp green jelly base filled with variety of holographic glitter and small gold glitter.

i went with two thicker coats for full coverage, and it dries gritty, like textured polishes. i decided not to go for a top coat, because i had a feeling it would still not be really glossy and, honestly, i liked the look without it.

fun lacquer glitzy glam (summer 2015)

završavam moju pauzu od 10ak dana (putovanja, posao, odmor) pravim draguljem: glitzy glam iz f. u. n. lacquer kolekcije za leto 2015.

i am breaking my 10 day hiatus (travels, work, holidays) with a true gem: glitzy glam from f. u. n. lacquer collection for summer 2015.

glitzy glam je neverovatno prelep. duboka, bogata petrolej nijansa za zlatkastim holo šljokicama različitih veličina za koje sada mogu slobodno da kažem da su zaštitni znak f. u. n. lacquer.

gotovo preko noći sam se zaljubila u njihove lakove i nadam se da će se tako nastaviti.

glitzy glam is simply stunning. a rich teal shade, filled with goldish holographic glitter of various sizes, which i can safely say at this point that it's a signature thing of f. u. n. lacquer.

i fell in love with their polishes and i hope this love will continue.

picture polish mallard (collaboration shade)

pomalo mi je smešno da tek sada predstavljam moj prvi picture polish lak, mallard.

it is so funny that  i am only now posting about my first picture polish shade, mallard.

kada sam prvi put primetila picture polish lakove, bilo je to zbog njihovih kolaboracijskih lakova sa poznatim blogerkama, i od svih njih, mallard i pshiit su me najviše oborili s nogu.

mallard je napravljen u saradnji s the polishaholic blogom. ona je napisala da je mallard sve šta je želela u laku, i ja se u potpunosti slažem. ovaj lak je sve: tamno zelena baza sa zlatnim šimerom i narandžastim i zelenim ljuspicama.

ovo je jedan od onih lakova koji uvek izgleda mnogo bolje uživo nego na slikama, što je razlog zbog čega mi je trebalo toliko dugo da ga pokažem. potpuni lepotan!

when i first took notice of picture polish, it was mostly because of the collaboration shades with bloggers, and out of all of these gorgeousness-es, mallard and pshiiit caught my eyes instantly.

mallard was made in collaboration with the polishaholic. she wrote that this shade has everything she wants in a polish, and i completely agree. it is everything: a deep green base, with gold shimmer and orange and green flakies.

this is one of those polishes that always looks better in real life than in pictures, which is why it took me so long to show it off. it is a true stunner!

fun lacquer desires (h) (christmas 2015)

postajem baš opsednuta f. u. n. lacquer lakovima, tako da vam danas pokazujem prelepi desires (h) iz christmas 2015 kolekcije.

i am really getting obessed with f. u. n. lacquer, so i am showing you the gorgeous desires (h) from christmas 2015 collection.

lakovi u ovoj kolekciji dolaze u holo verziji, obeleženoj s (h), i ne-holo. desires je prelepi duohrom, sa srednje zelenom kao dominantnom nijansom koja se preliva u zlatkasto/brontanu braon, štoje bolje vidljivo na slikama u senci.

u holo verziji, dodate su i stine i mikro zlatne šljokice i šimer, i kao krajnji rezultat imamo zaista divan lak. vidim zašto se nalazi u božićnoj kolekciji, ali ga ne vidim ograničenog samo na taj period godine. što se tiče formule, nemam ni na šta da se požalim.

prirodna svetlost:

polishes in this collection come in a holo, marked with (h) and non holo version. desires is really gorgeous duochrome, with medium green being the most dominant shade, that shifts to goldish/bronze brown, as you can see in the images in shade.

in the holo version,  fine and micro holographic gold glitter and shimmer are added to the mix. the end result is a really awesome shade. i see it perfect for christmas period, but not limited to it. formula wise, there is really nothing to complain about it.

dior metropolis (cosmopolite)

moj jedini izbor iz dior-ove jesenje kolekcije, cosmopolite, je metropolis.

my only pick from dior's fall collection, cosmopolite, is metropolis.

moj prvi instinkt je bio da preskočim celu kolekciju, ali metropolis je stvarno lak po mom ukusu.

na mojim slikama je blago tamniji nego kako izgleda uživo. nikad nisam verovala da će postojati lak koji je istovremeno i zelen i siv, ali na moju sreću, dior ga je napravio!

formula je besprekorna i lak zaista savršen. možda izgleda kao jednostavna nijansa, ali je tako dubok i lep. definitivno ima moju preporuku.

my first instinct was to ignore the entire collection, but metropolis was really screaming my name.

my pictures are slightly darker than what it looks like in real life. i never knew that there will ever be a polish that's at the same time green and grey, but, to my joy, dior made it!

the formula is flawless and the polish just so gorgeous.  it might look like a simple shade, but it is so deep and pretty.  it definitely has my recommendation.

dance legend velvet mini 10 (Бархат Мини 10)

i love dance legend velvet collection, and i had to pick up a few polishes when the velvet mini (Бархат Мини) collection came out, so i'm starting out with number 10.

other than them having a matte, satin-like finish, this collection is very versatile with many different shades. of course, i had to get something green.

number 10 is a really gorgeous, vivid green with dense golden shimmer, it's drying matte and looks really fresh and unique.

dance legend herbalist (tравник) (anna gorelova summer)

тoday i am showing you another dance legend polish made in collaboration with anna gorelova, this time it's herbalist from her summer collection in 2015.

herbalist is a really interesting polish. a bright, grass green with both holographic shimmer and golden flakies.

it is a really good mood inducing polish. formula is great and i'm happy i have it since i find it to be very unique.

illamasqua kink (theatre of the nameless)

ovaj snežni dan je savren za zimzelene boje, pa sam se odlučila da predstavim kink iz illamasqua kolekcije theatre of the nameless iz davne 2011.

this snowy day is perfect for a winter green polish, and i decided on kink from illamasqua's theatre of the nameless collection back in 2011.

kink i taint iz ove kolekcije sam nabavila na jednoj blogoraspodaji, i ne znam da li mi drugačije zapali za oko. svi lakovi u ovoj kolekciji imaju zaniljiv gumenast izgled.

kink je tamna, zimzelena nijansa sa plavim podtonovima. formula je interesantna, ne ostavlja brazde ali se za moj ukus sporo suši (a možda sam samo previše naviknuta na brzosušeće nadlakove).  sviđa mi se kako se suši, izgleda čak i pomalo kao koža.

prirodna svetlost:

i got kink and taint on a blog sale, otherwise, i'm not sure that they would catch my eye. this collection features polishes with an interesting, rubbery finish.

kink's colour is dark, winter green with some blue undertones. the formula is interesting, it's not streaky but the drying time could be better (or maybe i'm just too used to using fast drying top coats). i find this finish to be really interesting, somehow leather looking.
